Some assessments require minimal involvement of the subject (body composition assessment, resting metabolic assessment) and others require physical activity (general fitness assessment, cardiorespiratory assessment, personalized training programme). All assessment services include an explanatory report to clients.

Therapeutic exercises

A one hour meeting of discussion, treatments, postural analysis and exercise demonstrations. If you suffer from chronic pain, postural problems or musculoskeletal disorders, our unique approach puts you in charge of your treatment, avoiding multiple and prolonged treatments. • Manual therapy (massage therapy and mobilizations)
