Following the Didactique de l’enseignement course, students taking a bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Université de Sherbrooke, can choose to partake in an experiential internship to test their interest in a college teaching career.
Students taking their bachelors of philosophy may volunteer to assist with various aspects of your teaching. Each trainee invests 45 hours of classroom support work.
Various tasks related to your teaching load can be assigned to the volunteer such as:
These internships are done under the supervision of a college teacher. The teacher must fill out the documents related to the follow-up of the intern’s trajectory.

Following the Didactique de l’enseignement course, the bachelor’s students in philosophy at Université de Sherbrooke can choose an experiential learning internship in order to test their level of interest in pursuing a college teaching career. These internships are done under the supervision of a college-level teacher.
The internships are completed during the fall and winter semesters.
The internships must take place in Estrie or in Montérégie.
